SMS Text Messaging Policy

This SMS Policy describes the terms under which Standard Realty Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Noah Bumgarner, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with eXp Realty, sends text (SMS) messages to consumers. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting below, you agree to the terms in this policy.

1. Program Description

The Standard Realty Group LLC SMS program (the "Program"), operated by Noah Bumgarner, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with eXp Realty, sends text (SMS) messages to communicate with you about real estate inquiries and services. Message types include but are not limited to: responding to your questions, scheduling consultations or showings, sharing property listings you've requested, and transaction updates.

Message frequency: Typically 1–5 messages per week while your inquiry or transaction is active, and no more than 4 messages per month for general follow-up. Exact frequency varies based on your needs and the status of your transaction. You may opt out at any time (see Section 3).

2. Opt-In / Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to the Standard Realty Group LLC Program and consenting, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Noah Bumgarner at the number you provide. You opt in by (a) providing your mobile number through our website contact form, (b) texting us at +1 (828) 216-3261, or (c) otherwise verbally or in writing providing your number and consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service and may be revoked at any time.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receiving a STOP message, we will remove your number from our messaging list and send a final confirmation message. You may also opt out by emailing standardrealtync@gmail.com or calling +1 (828) 216-3261 and requesting removal.

5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received from us, as determined by your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

6. Carriers and Supported Carriers

Messages are delivered through U.S. carrier networks supporting A2P 10DLC messaging, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. We cannot guarantee delivery to all carriers or all mobile devices.

7. Information We Collect

When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, name, and any information you provide in your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we use and protect your information.

8. No Selling of Information

We do not sell your mobile number or personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
